Repositioning a Legacy Enterprise Brand

Brand Identity & Strategic Repositioning

Overview:

I led a comprehensive rebrand designed to modernize visual identity, clarify messaging, and reposition the organization for future growth.

 

The Challenge:

The existing brand lacked cohesion and no longer aligned with the company’s strategic direction. Messaging and design was inconsistent and left unchecked, creating disparate brand assets across the global organization.

The Approach:

I conducted brand audits with my team, refined positioning, developed updated visual systems, and implemented brand guidelines to ensure consistency across digital, print, environmental, and experiential touchpoints. Internal education and rollout strategies were critical to successful adoption and included Creative Standard Operating Procedures to transform the creative team from doers to strategic partners.​

The Outcome:

The rebrand unified messaging across departments, strengthened market perception, improved internal alignment, and created a scalable foundation for future marketing initiatives.
