MicroStrategy Headquarters Renovation

Corporate Interior Branding & Environmental Design

Overview:

I was tasked with transforming MicroStrategy’s headquarters into a physical reflection of the brand—modern, innovative, and values-driven. The initiative included the design direction for the MicroStrategy Lounge, branding across multiple floors, and the education center.

 

The Challenge:

The existing space did not reflect the company’s bold identity or cultural values. Leadership wanted an environment that reinforced brand pride, supported collaboration, and visually communicated the company’s mission and principles.

The Approach:

I partnered closely with architects and interior design firms to lead creative direction for the MicroStrategy Lounge, defining color treatments, structural design elements, and integrated branding. I also led my team in applying the company’s core values across conference room glass walls throughout the building, creating an immersive branded environment. In the education center, I directed the development of large-scale wall murals that reinforced brand storytelling and innovation.

The Outcome:

The renovated headquarters became a dynamic, brand-forward environment that reinforced company culture, enhanced employee pride, and delivered a cohesive visual identity across every floor—transforming the space into a living extension of the brand.
